CANstruction

Mission of CANstruction:

The goal of CANstruction, in addition to providing thousands of pounds of food to hungry people, is to put a spotlight on the design and construction industry giving back to the communities they help to design and build. Architects, engineers, designers and/or contractors participate either by entering competing teams from their firms or by mentoring teams of students, local businesses, clubs or civic organizations.

Interested in getting involved or learning more?

CANstruction build day is always the first Friday in April on even years. The next schueduled build day is April 6, 2018. Task force members meet once a month (April to December), bi-monthly (January), and once a week (February and March)

Contact task force chair, Bailey Allred at ballred@smithsinnett.com if you are interested in learning more about the task force, upcoming activities, and opportunities to get involved. Participation is open to all AIA Triangle members including Allied Members. Prospective members are invited to learn more.
